Shipping Policy

The short version: free shipping on US orders over $70, worldwide delivery available, and your order ships within 1–2 business days.

Rates

Free shipping on domestic orders over $70 — all 50 US states. Domestic orders under $70 ship at a rate calculated at checkout. International orders ship at rates calculated at checkout, based on destination and weight.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Delivery

Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary widely by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates — carriers, weather, and customs are outside our control, and we can't guarantee a specific date.

Where we ship

We ship domestically across the United States and internationally worldwide.

For international orders, listed prices don't include duties, taxes, or customs charges. You're the importer of record, which means any charges levied on arrival are yours to pay. These vary by country and we can't predict or refund them. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering. Customs processing can also add time that no tracking number will explain — that part is normal.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most turn up within a day or two. If it's genuinely missing, email support@mobettahbands.com and we'll work it out with you.

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days for a domestic order, or 21 days internationally, reach out and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect a package once it's shipped. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.
